Hey guys I need some help making a clan because the ]HeLL[ clan shut down. Please help and reply if you even care.

Firstly, you shouldn't advertise clans or imaginations of clans in other sections of the forum.
My honest advice on starting a new clan would be: Don't.
No really, don't. Your proposed name is basically the same thing as your previous clan's, all you're doing is just restarting it, which will result in nothing different than the original clan's miserable death, unless you significantly change the leadership style and/or the type of clan it is.
Thirdly, too many clans out there are almost empty with no members to fill the ranks. My advice would be go join one of the existing small clans instead. That's probably the only useful thing you can do right now.

I think it is a great idea! We can never have enough small clans with 3 members. Just work hard and some day you might even get 4 members!
