installing build and shoot bad signature error(plz help!!)

************** JIT-foutopsporing **************
Als u JIT-foutopsporing wilt inschakelen, moet in het configuratiebestand voor deze
toepassing of computer (machine.config) de waarde
jitDebugging in het gedeelte system.windows.forms zijn ingesteld.
De toepassing moet ook zijn gecompileerd terwijl foutopsporing
was ingeschakeld.

Bijvoorbeeld:

</configuration>

Wanneer JIT-foutopsporing is ingeschakeld, worden onverwerkte uitzonderingen
naar het JIT-foutopsporingsprogramma gestuurd dat op de computer is geregistreerd
en worden niet door dit dialoogvenster verwerkt.

A lot of people. including my friend seems to get this probelm. Would be nice to get a fix for it, might be that it isn't able to download the file, but I don't know.

Yeah I recently downloaded the setup and does the same thing to me, wish someone would let me know how to fix it :/
